That L William Sherman Conaway ,of stockdale
in the County of washington and State ofPennsylvania,being ofsound
mind,memory and understanding,and considering the uncertainty of life,do hereby make,publish
and declare this my last 'UUltIl and \testament,hereby revoking and making void any and all
former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my Execut or ,.-'-
hereinafter named,as soon after my decease as may be convenient.,.",f

SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath unto my grand-daughter,June L.Piere ~
and her husband,William Leroy Pierce,all my property,both real
and personal,and wherever situate.
It is my desire that the said June L.pierce and William
Leroy Pierce live in the home I have bequeathed them,but this
request shall in no way affect their owners••p or the said real
estate,and they shall be free to make such disposition of the
property as circumstances may dictate.
I further desire that all bonds may be allowed to mature,
but this request,also,is sUbject to circumstance.
AND LASTLY.-I do make,constitute and appoint William P.Pierce
to be Execut or ofthis my last Will and Testament.
