LAST VilLL AND TESTAMENT OF CHARLES EDVITN HENNEN.
I,Charles Edwin Hennen,of the City of .~shington,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do
hereby make and publish this my last will and testament,hereby
revoking any and all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real,personal and mixed,I hereby give to my four grand-
children,nalooly:Robert Conner,Jeanine Conner,William Hennen,
I and Carol Ann Hennen.
THIRD:I hereby appoint the ~ashington Union Trust
Company,of fushington,Pennsylvania,guardian of the four above
named grandchildren during their respective minorities.
FOURTH:I hereby appoint Odel Parkinson,of East 'Vash-
I ington,~ashington County,Pennsylvania,executor of this my last

will and testament,hereby giving him power to sell and convey my
real estate,or any part thereof.
