I,JOHN A.BAIRD,of eters o~nship.~ashin t n Count,
pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,do
make and pub ish the following as and f r my Last ",'ill and Testa-
ment,hereby revoking all former ~ills by me at any time hereto-
fore made.
IRST.direct t at all my just debts and funeral
expenses shall be paid by my xecutors,hereinafter naned,as
soon as convenient after my decease.
SECOND.To my Wife,Blanche Baird,I give,devise and
bequeath the home place where we now reside in Peters Township,
'mshington County,Pennsylvania,containing 19 acres,more or
less,to be hers absolutely.I also ive and bequeath unto my
said wife the sum of Four Thousand Dollars (4,000.00)in cash.

in the p operty which belonged to my sis~er,Carrie Brooks,
