KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,That I,Joel Cooper of Franklin township,Fayette County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory and understanding,do make,pUblish and declare this as and ror my last will and testament,hereby revoking and making void any and all wills by me at any time heretorore made. I give and bequeath to Marion B.Rirrle,Catherine Robinson and James G.Robinson the sum of two hundred and rifty dollars each. I give and bequeath to my executors hereinafter named,the sum of five thousand dollars to be.held in trust for Annie M.Cooper, widow of my son Frank L.Cooper,deceased;the interest on said five thousand dollars to be paid annually to the said Annie M.Cooper during her life,or until her remarriage;and upon the remarriage or death of the said Annie M.Cooper the said sum to be distributed as a part of my residuary estate. I give,devise and bequeath all the rest and residue of my es- tate real,personal and mixed to my children,David F.Cooper,Allen F. Cooper,Roxalena Holman,Ann Elizabeth Townsend,and Mary N.McBurney, and the children of my son Isaac S.Cooper,deceased,and the children of my daughter Ellen L.Byers,deceased,in equal shares and propor- tions,the children of my said son Isaac S.Cooper,deceased,and the children of my said daughter Ellen L.Byers,deceased,taking among them such share or proportion as the said Isaac S.Cooper and Ellen L.Byers,respectively would have taken had they been living at the time of my decease.In case of the death of any of my said grand- children before my decease,the share so bequeathed to them shall descend to their heirs.In the said equal division of my estate I will and direct that each of my said children and the said grand- children be charged respectively with the sums or money advanced to them or their parents at different times and all other sums of money that tney,their parents or the husbands of any of my said daughters may owe me at the time of my decease,whether said indebtedness be barred by limitation or not,and the same without interest shall be deducted from the respective shares of my said children and grand- children.I charge the sum of six thousand five hundred dollars against the share hereinbefore bequeathed the children of my son Isaac S.Cooper,deceased,mT said son Isaac having received in his lifetime at least that amount by advancement and loans and in the use of my farm adjoining his in Hamilton County,state of Nebraska, and I hereby direct my executors to deduct the said sum of six thou- sand five hundred dollars from the share or portion so bequeathed to his children. I hereby empower and direct my executors to sell and convey by good and sufficient deed or deeds any and all real estate of which I may die seized or possessed,at such time and upon such terms and conditions as they may deem best,and divide theproceeds among my said children as hereinbefore directed.I nominate and appoint my sons David F.Cooper and Allen F.Cooper executors of this my last will.
