I,MABEL E.HALSTEAD,of the Borough of California,Washing-
ton County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understandi
do hereby make,publish and declare the following to be my Last Will
and Testament,hereby revoking any Will or Wills by me at any time
heretofore made.
I hereby give,devise and bequeath all of my property of
Whatsoever kind or nature and wheresoever situate unto my husband,
Edwin E.Halstead only in case he survives me and in the event he does
not survive me,then I hereby give,devise and bequeath all of my said
property unto my two (2)daughters,Helen Louise Thomas and Florence
Evelyn Newman,share and share alike.
FIN ALL Y,I hereby name and appoint my said daughters,
Helen Louise Thomas and Florence Evelyn Newman to be the executrixes
of this my Last Will and Testament,they to serve without giving bond.

my hand and seal to this my Last Will and Testament,typewritten on
one (1)sheet of paper on this 22nd day of December,A.D.1953.
