I further request that Hareld Schreck be selected fer my
funeral directer and that the Elks Ledge held serVices fer
me.
I request that thE'Rev.Curtis Pattersen De selected as the
~'1inister,and that m~r ral Bearers oe as fellows;--Sarri Ch~ney
Rastman Woodward,Arch Osberne,and I ask that the Elks Ledge
be requested to alse select three ethers for me.
