LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I,FObEET S.HOLBERT,of North Franklin Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing
mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make and publish this
as and for my Last'ill and Testament,hereby revoking &nd making
void all other wills or testamentary writings of any kind hereto-
fore w~de.
FIRST:I direct my executrix,hereinafter named,to pay
all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may
be done after my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate
real,personal and mixed,of whatsoever kind and wheresoever
situate,I give,devise and be~ueath unto my wife,Leota V.
Holbert,for and during the term of her natural life;and in
addition to said life estate,I give,devise and bequeath to the
said Leota V.Holbert,the right to use and consume any and all
of the said estate as in her opinion may be necessary for her
comfort and maintenance,of which said necessity so to consume
she sball be the sole and exclusive judge;and coupled with said
power to consume,I do give to the said Leota V.Holbert full
power to sell and convey any part or all of my said estate,real,
personal or mixed,absolutely and in fee simple,on her sole
discretion,a~d to execute such deeds,agreements,contracts,
leases,bills of s~le,an other necessary papers,with the sane
effect as though executed by me while living.No bond shall be
required of the said life-tenant.
THIRD:On the deat~of the said Leota V.Holbert,I
give,devise and bequeath whatever rray be left of my said estate

to my wife's sister,Dora Reynolds Davis,whose address is Goff
Building,Clarksburg,W.Va.
FOURTH:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my
wife,Leota V.Holbert,to be the executrix of this my Last Will
and Testament.
