LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,Rena Harden,of Deemston Borough,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory,and understanding,do
make my last will and testament in manner and form following:
First.I direct that my funeral expenses be paid with
the proceeds of a certain insurance policy in which my son
Eldon has been named as the beneficiary.If such proceeds is not
sufficient to meet the expenses of my funeral,the balance due is
to be derived from the sale of my real estate and personal property
in manner herinafter stated.
Second.I give,devise,and bequeath to my son Eldon,a
Filter ~ueen Vacuum Cleaner.
Third.I give,devise,and bequeath to the Nazerine
Church,Jefferson,Greene County,Pennsylvania,the sum of One
Hundred Fifty ($150)Dollars.
Fourth.I hereby di~ect and empower my executor to sell
and dispose of all my real estate and personal property to the
highest bidder at public auction,as soon as practicable after my
death;from the proceeds of said sale,the balance of my just
debts and funeral expenses are to be paid,if such there be.
Fifth.I hereby direct that all remaining money or
monies after all legal dispositions have been made of my real and
personal property,be divided among my surviving children,share
and share alike.
Sixth.I hereby appoint my son Homer Gleason Harden
executor of this my last will and testament.
In witness whereof,I,Rena Harden,the testator,have to
this,my last will and testament,set my hand and my seal,this
fourteenth day of August,1953.
