LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,JOHN F.CHACKO,of the Borough of Charleroi,
County of Washington and State of Pennsylvania,being
of soun.d mind ~nd dispo~ing~memor1,do make,publish
and.declare this to be my last will and testament,
hereby revoking.any and all wills by me at anytime
heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that my executrix,bere1Datter
nailed,pa1 all of m1 just debts and the expenses
incident to the administration of m1 estate,as soon
as this may conveniently be done,atter m,decease,
out of the first moneys available for that purpose.
SECOND:As to my worldly.estate I make the
following beqU8st:-I give,devise a~bequeath
all of the rest and residue of my estate,be it real,
personal ~r mixed,of which I shall die seized or
possessed.ot to which I shall be entitled to at the
time of my decea se (of'every kind and de scription
and wherever situate )~o my beloveo wite CECILIA
CHACKO,unconditionally.
THIRD:I hereby n.minate,constitute and appoint
my wife,CECILIA CHACKO,executrix of this my last will
and testament with the request that she be allowed to
serve without bond.
