First:I desire that my just debts,including the expenses of my last illness and funeral,be paid as soon as practicable after my death,from proceeds of the sale of such of my stocks as the executor named herein shall deem advisable. Second:As an exception to my plan of bequests to be made belo~, I leave my silver set to my beloved niece.Helen Henry Lyon,partly because of my affection for her and partly because it has long been a part of the home I have had with her.
