canonsburg,County of Washington and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
being of sound and disposing mind,do hereby make,publish and
declare this to be my Last Will and Testament in manner and form
following,hereby revoking any Will or Wills heretofore made by m
at any time:
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may
be done after my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate,I give,
devise and bequeath to my children as follows:
Eleven (11%)Per Cent to my son,ANTHONY D'ORAZIO.
Eleven (11%)Per Cent thereof to my son,BERNARD D'ORA
Eleven (11%)Per Cent thereof to my daughter,JULIA
Eleven (11%)Per Cent thereof to my daughter,MARY
