LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF VERNON ROSS HILL
I,VERNON ROSS HILL,a resident of Baltimore City,State
of Maryland,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,and
capable of executing a valid deed or contract,do make,publish and
declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all
other Wills or Codicils thereto,heretofore by me made.
FIRST:I direct that all of my just debts,funeral and
testamentary expenses shall be paid out of my estate by my Execu-
tr1x,hereinafter named,as soon as conveniently can be done after
my decease.
SECOND:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my be-
loved wife,Marie E.H1ll,to be the Executrix of this,my Last
Will and Testament,to serve w1thout any bond whatsoever.
THIRD:I give and bequeath to my son,Vernon Hill,if he
shall survive me,~ll of my jewelry;but lf he shall predecease
me,I then glve and bequeath said jewelry to my beloved wife,
Marle E.Hlll,lf she shall survive me,but if she then be dead,
to my daughter,Thelma Hamel.
FOURTH:I give,devise and bequeath,all of the rest and
remainder of my property,whether real,personal or mixed,and
wheresoever located,to my beloved wife,Marie E.Hill,to have
and to hold as her property absolutely,if she shall be living at
the t1me of my death.
FIFTH:In the event that my wife,Marie E.Hill,shall
not surv1ve me,then,and 1n that event,I hereby nominate,con-
stitute and appolnt my son,Vernon Elll,and my daughter,Thelma
Hamel,to be the Co-executors of this,~Last Wl1l and Testament,
and I hereby authorize,impower and d.1rect my said Co-executors to
sell at public or private sale or sales,all of my real,personal
and mixed property of which I may be the owner at the time of my
decease and I hereby impower them to make,execut-e,Beal,acknow-

ledge and del1ver good and suff1cient deeds or other instruments
for the conveyance of the same and the purchaser or purchasers
shall not look to the application of the purchase money there-
from.
SIXTH:In the event that my said wife,Marie E.Hill,
shall not survive me,then,and 1n that event,I give,devise and
bequeath all of my said estate,whether real,personal or mixed,
wheresoever located,of which I may die possessed,to my son,
Vernon Hill,and my daughter,Thelma Hamel,to share equally and
alike;should either my son,Vernon Hill,or my daughter,Thelma
Hamel,predecease me,then,and in that event,all of my said
estate shall be the property absolutely of the survivor;should
both of my children,Vernon Hill and Thelma Hamel,predecease me,
then,and in that event,the living children of my son and daugh-
ter,Vernon Hill and Thelma Hamel,shall take their respective
parents'share of my estate per stirpes and per capita.
IN VaTNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal
th1s 11 day of April,1949.
