I,Mary T.Colwell,ot the City ot Steubenville,County ot
Jetterson,and State ot Ohio,being-ot tull age and ot sound mind
and memory,do make,pUblish and declare this to be my last will
and'testament,hereby revoking all wills by me heretotore made ••
ITEM 1.1 direct that all my just debts and tuneral expenses
be paid out ot my estate as soon as practicable atter the time ot
y decease.
ITEM II.All the property,real and personal,ot every kind
and description,wheresoever situate,which I may own or have the
right to dispose ot at the time ot my decease,I give,bequeath an
devise to my daughter,Evelyn Colwell,absolutely and in tee simple;
but in the event ot the death ot my daughter prior to my daath,the
I desire that my estate shall be distribut~d as tollows:
10 William Strayer Becker,the sum ot One hundred ($100.00)
Dollars.-
To Albert Johnson,namesake ot my husband,Albert R.Colwell,
the sum ot One Hundred ($100.00)Dollars.
To the Paris Cemete~at Paris,Washington County,Pennsylvani ,
he sum ot One hundred ($100.00)Dollars,to be-used in the care
d upkeep of the Colwell tamily lot where my husband is buried.
To the Eldersville Cemetery at Eldersville,Pat the sum ot One
undred ($100.00)Dollars to be used for the care of the Nicholas
riss lot.
The balance ot·my estate to be equally divided between the
itth Street Methodist Protestant Church ot Steubenville,Ohio;
drian College,and the West Latayette Old Ladies Home.
ITEM III.I make,nominate and appoint my daughter,Evelyn
01we1l,to be the Executrix ot this,my last will and testament.
