I,Hlliam C.Black
of Canonsburg ,County of NashineS ton
and State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,
administration costs,l will and direct that the balance be applied
toward the payment of a mortgage which is held against my home prop-
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby
revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.I
First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon I
as conveniently may be,after my decease.
Second.I give,devise and bequeath to my son,John B.Black,the sum
of one hundred dollars.
Third.-I give,devise and bequeath to my son,Otis D.Black,my bus-
iness located at No.ll est Pike Street,Canonsburg,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,known as ther.C.Black Agency,all the trade fixtures,
files,desks,furniture;all the assetts,good will and profits of the
said business;all articles of whatever nature located in said place
of business;all accounts oWing to said business from customers;the
right or rights to the renewal of any insurance or real estate ac-
counts with customers and all my right and interest therein of
of whatever kind or nature without interfereince from other members
of my family upon the condition that he inde~nify and hold harmless
my general estate from all debts and liabilities of the said business
and,also,upon the condition that he pay to my wife,Hannah M.Black,
the sum of Seventy-five Dollars (75.00)per month every month during
the term of her natural life.
Fourth.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real,per-
sonal and mixed including life insurance in the approximate amount
of one thousand dollars ($1000.).I direct to be converted into mon-
