revoking all Wills by me at anytime heretofore made.
ITEM 1.I direct the payment out of my estate of my debts and of
the expenses of my last illness and funeraL
ITEM II.I do hereby give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,

ITEM III.I hereby grant unto my Executor power at any time to sell
any real estate which may at any time form part of my estate for such prices,
upon such terms,in such way and manner and for such interests and estates
as he may deem wise and to make good deeds therefor,to the purchasers
thereof,without any obligation on the latter to see to or be responsible for
the application of the purchase money.
