publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Tesrament,in manner and form following,hereby
revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon
as conveniently may be,after my decease.
econd.I do give and bequeath to my beloved wife,KATA BUNCle,for,
her use,for and during her natural life time,1y entire es-
tate,both real and personal,She to keep the property in good
repair,pay all taxes,and all legal and necessary expenses,
keep the property well insured,so as to protect same against
loss;to provide as far as possible for the keeping up of the
home~she to receive all rents or royalties from the said
property.
Third.I direct that after her decease,that my estate both real
and personal,be divided between two Sons,Petar Buncic,and
Paval Buncic,share and share alike.
