LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,ANTHONY DANTE a/k/a TONY DANTE a/k/a TONY DANTI,of
Carroll Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound
and disposing mind and memory,do on this 23rd.day of April,196 ,
hereby make,publish and declare the following to be my Last
Will and Testament.
1.I hereby revoke any and all Wills,Testaments and
Codici s by me at any time heretofore made.
2.I nominate and appoint my friend,RONALD A MONACK,
to be the Executor of this,my Last Will and Testament and I
idrect that he be permitted to serve without bond
3.I direct that my Executor promptly pay from out of
the proceeds of my estate,all of my Just debts including the
expense of my funeral and the costs of administration and 1n
addition I direct that he provide a suitable grave marker for me
4.I give,devise and bequeath my property,after the
payment of all of my expenses,as follows:
A.The sum of $750 00 to the Employees Benefit Fund of
Haven crest,Inc.to be used for the benefit and pleasure of the
employees who have all been so kind to and so thoughtful during
my period as a patient
B.To Haven Crest,Inc the sum of $100 00 towards the
purchase of a new wheel chair which chair is to be suitably
marked in my memory.

c.To Dr Victor W Bair,M.D.,who has so faithfully
attended me for more than three (3)years the sum of $50.00.
D To Mrs.Marion Safier who has shown me so much
kindness,the sum of $20.00
E.All of the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
I give,devise and bequeath,in equal shares,to my children,
LENA D.HUDAK,AUGUST G.DANTI,LILLIAN D.BARBER and DANTE W.
DANTI.
5.In the event that any of my children afore named
should have predeceased me,then his or her children shall take
in the place of my deceased chi d
