I,RUBY HORNE,of South Strabane Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understand-
ing,do hereby make and publish this my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking any will or wills by me at any time heretofore
made.
ITEM 1.I direct my Executor hereinafter named to pay
all of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease
as may be convenient for him to do.
ITEM 2.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
I both real,personal and mixed,of whatsoever kind and wheresoever
situate,I give,devise and bequeath unto my ten children,in
equal shares,their heirs and assigns forever,to-wit:Charles
Horne,George Horne,Peter Horne,Lafayette Horne,Hazel Wootton,
Francis Horne,Walter Horne,David Horne,Ruby Keller and Lewis
Horne.
LASTLY:I nominate,constitute and appoint my son,
Lewis Horne,of West Newton,Pennsylvania,Executor of this my
Last Will and Testament,with full power to sell and convey any
real estate of w ich I may die seized and possessed,and to execu e,
acknowledge and deliver a deed therefor to the purchaser upon such
