last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by
me at any time heretofore made.

I direc1 that all my just debts and fillleral expenses be
paid by my Executor,hereinafter named as soon as may be
possible after my decease.
11 the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real,
personal or mixed,of which I shall die seized and poss-
essed,or to which I may entitled after my decease,I
give devise and bequeath unto my beloved husband,J.1 •
Hill,to be USed and enjoyed by him for and during his
na1ural life,in such manner as he may see fit and proper
to use and any remainder aft~r his death I direct shall
go to my Daughter,Helen Elizabeth Hill,for her own prpp
er use and benefit forever.

WHEREAS,I,GRACE J.HILL,of the Borough of
Charleroi,Washington County,Pennsylvania,have,by my Last Wil~
and Testarr-ent,in writing,d~ly executed,bearing date tbe 30th
day of October,1941,appointed my husband,J.M.Hill,to be
Executor of my Last Will and Testament.Now I,the said
Grace J.bill,being desirous of altering my said will in respect
to my Fxecutor,do therefore make this present writing,which
I will and direct to be annexed as a codicil to my said will,
and taken as a part thereof,and I do hereby revoke the
appointment of my husband as my Executor named in said Will,
and I do make,constitute and appoint my son,J.KENNETH HILL
and my daughter,HELEN ELIZABETH HILL,to be the Executor
and Executrix respectively of said Last Will and Testament.
And I do ratify and confirm said Vill in every thing,except
where the same is hereby revoked and altered as aforesaid.
