FIRST:I direct the pBiYIIlent of all my just debts and funeral expenses
as soon as conveniently may be done after my decease.
SECOND:I give ani bequeath in equal shares to Samuel E.Hultz ani
Larry Eugene Hultz,children of my deceased son,Samuel E.Hultz,the United
States War Sl:lvings Bonds,Series E,purchased by ~said deceased son,Samuel
E.Hultz,and.issued in the name of "Sanuel E.Hultz or Mrs.Nellie HUltz",
also,"Samuel E.Hultz,p~able on del3th to Mrs.Nellie Hultz"and 'Samuel
E.Hultz,payable on death to Mrs.Nellie B.HUltz",and "Samuel E.Hultz,
payable on death to lArs.Nellie M.Hu1 tz."
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,I give,
devise and bequeath to my husband,Frank V.Hultz.If my said husband,Frank
V.Hultz,should predecease me,then I give,devise ani bequeath all the
remainder of my estate in five equal shares to lI\Y children,Mary E.Lushen,
Anna Belle Gilkeson,Clc?rence Douglas Hultz and Frank V.Hultz,Jr.,and.an
uniivided one-fifth share to Samuel E.Hultz and Larry fugene Hultz,children
of ~deceased son,Samuel E.Hultz.
IASTLY,I hereby appoint my two sons,Clarence Douglas Hultz and Frank
