ILL OF ARTHUR BAKER COZAD.
I,Arthun Baker Cozad,of Donegam Township,ashington
County,and Commonwealth of Bennsylvania,being of sound
mind and disposing memory,do hereby make,publish,and de-
alare this to be my last will and testament,hereby revok-
ing any and all other wills by me heretofore made.
First:I direot that my funeral expenses and all just
debts be paid as soon after my death as is practicable.
Second:I give,devise,and bequeath unto my beloved
wife,Anna Drucilla Cozad,11 of my estate both real and
personal,wheresoever situated and of which I might die
seized,or to which"I might be entitled at the time of my
death,absolutely and in fee -simple.
Third:In the event,however,that my said peloved
wife preoedes me in death~I then give,devise,anQ bequeath
unto my three children,illiam Harold Cozad,Florence
Elizabeth Cozad,and Ruth Ellen Cozad,all of my said estate,
the same to be devlded among them as fOllows,to-wit:all of
my estate amounting to a sum not in eXQess of six thousand
dollars ($6000.00)I desire to be diVided equally between
my two said daughters,Fiorenoe Elizabeth Cozad and Ruth
Ellen Cozad,and all of the remainder of my said estate in
excess of six thousand dollars ($6000.00)I desire to be equally
devided between my three said children,William Harold Cozad,
Florenoe Eliz&aeth Cozad,and Ruth Ellen Cozad,all of said
bequests to be held-by said ohildren absolutely and in fee
simple.
Fourth:I appoint my said wife,Anna Druoilla Cozad,
sole executrix of this my last will and testament,or in the
event she preoedes me in death,I then appoint my said
daughter,Ruth Ellen Cozad,sole executrix,and it is my wish

and I hereby direot that neither my said.wife normY.8aiel
daughter be required to give bond for the diseharge of their
duties.
