LAST ILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
ALBERT B.BYLSMA
I,ALBERT B.BYLSMA,a resident of Chartiers Township,
Washington County,.t'ennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,
do make,publish and declare this my last will and testament,
hereby revoking any and all wills by me heretofore made.
FIRST,I direot that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid as soon after my deoease as may be found convenient.
SECOND,I direct that all my real estate (including my farm
of approximately thirty-two acres situate in Chartiens Township,
Washington County,.t'ennsylvania,and my house and lots situate
in the Stewart Park Plan in the Second ard of the BorOUgh of
Canonsburg,County and State aforesaid)be sold by my Executor
hereinafter named,at either public or private sale,at such
price or prices,to such person or persons,and upon such terms
and conditions as said Executor may deem best.
THIRD,I give and bequeath unto the CITIZENS TRUST COMPANY
OF CANONSBURG the one-third of my net estate,IN TRUST,HOWEVER,
to hold and invest and from time to time re-invest the same and
to collect and receive the interest or income therefrom,and,
after paying thereout any tax or expense incident thereto,to
apply the net interest or income,together with such portion or
portions of the principal of this Trust as in the discretion of
the Trustee will be necessary,for the comfortable support and
maintenance of my Wife,MARY B.BYLSh~,for and during her
natural life,or until such time as the principal of this Trust
shall be exhausted,and,at the death of my said wife to divide
such part of the principal as then remains in the hands of the
said Trustee among my five children,hereinafter named,share
and share alike.In the event any of my said children shall
have pre-deceased my said Wife,the share of said child shall go
to his or her

FOURTH,All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate
I give and bequeath unto my five children,namely,BURT,
FLORENCE,ELSIE,BERNARD and ALBERT,JR.,share and share alike,
and I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint the CITIZENS
TRUST COM A Y OF CANO SBURG,the testamentary guardian of such
of said children as shall be minors at the time of my decease,
with full power in the said guardian to expend such portion or
portions of the respective minors'estates,either principal or
income,as in the discretion of said guardian,ill be necess ry
for the support and education of said children during their
minority.
LASTLY,I nominate,constitute and appoint the CITIZENS
TRUST COMPANY OF CANONSBURG Executor of this my last will and
testament.
IN ITNESS EREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal
this ~~-3day of November,A.D.1933.
This instrument consisting of two typewritten pages,
(each bearing the signature of the above named ALBLRT B.BYLSMA)
was by him on the date hereof signed,published and declared by
him to be his last will and testament,in our presence,who at
his request and in his presence and in the presence of each
other,we believing him to be of sound and disposing mind and
memory,have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
