County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory and
understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this as and for
my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any prior Will or Wills
heretofore made by me.
ITEM:I give,devise and bequeath all my estate,real,persona
or mixed,wheresoever situate,to my four children:

INES JANE MILLER
ALBERTA DEVIZI
My said four children are to have and to hold,share and share alike.

further,I direct that the named Executor shall have the power to
convey any real estate of which I may die seised.
