I,CHARLES N.BRADY of the City of ashington,Wash-
ington County,Pennsylvania,do make and publish this my last
will and testament,hereby revoking all wills heretofore made
by me and intending hereby to dispose of all of the estate of
which I may be seized or possessed at the time of my decease.
I give,devise and bequeath all my property,real,
personal and mixed,unto my daughter,ry Louise Brady,her
heirs and assigns.
I appoint my daughter,Mary Louise Brady sole execu-
trix of this my last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and
