I,GEORGE DOHANICH,SR.,being of sound mind and dispos-
ing memory,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament,revoking hereby all prior wills and
codicils made by me.
FIRST:I request that upon my death all my just debts
and funeral expenses be paid as soon as conveniently may be
done.
SECOND:I do hereby give,devise and bequeath unto
my son.Steve Dohanich,all my estate consisting of all real
and personal property,of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situ-
ated.
THIRD:I hereby name and appoint Steve Dohanich to be
the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto subscribed my name
by mark this ,~day of February.1963.

named GEORGE DOHANICH as and for his Last Will and Testament
in the presence of us.who,at his request,in his presence,
