Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,
memory and understanding,do hereby revoke any Will or Wills by me
at any time heretofore made,and do hereby make,publish and declare
this my Last Will and Test~aent,in IDarn1er and form following,to-wit:
FIRST
I give,devise and bequeath all of my property,of whatso-
aver kind,and wheresoever situate,to my wife,r~J.HICKS.
SECOND
I hereby make,constitute and appoint my son,Alfred Ricks,
Jr.,Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal,
