Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,do make,publish and
declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking
any and all wills heretofore made by me.
1.I direct the payment of all my just debts,including
my funeral bill,as soon as it is reasonably convenient after my
death.
2.I authorize,direct and empower my Executors,herein-
after appointed,to sell and convey all the real estate of which
I die seized,at either public or private sale and at such time
and price as to them seems fit and reasonable and to give a deed
or deeds for the same.
I give and bequeath to my son,Louis V.Dire,the sum of
Five Hundred and nO/IOO ($500.00)Dollars.The rest,residue
and remainder of my estate,including the proceeds from the sale
of my real estate,I give,devise and bequeath,in equal shares,
