LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT.
I,the undersigned Joseph G.Craig,widower,
domiciled at Donegal Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
being of sound and disposing mind,memory,and understanding,
hereby make,publish,and declare this my Last Will and
Testament (hereby revoking any other will or wills heretofore
by me made),in manner and form following,towit:
1.I direct my executors hereinafter named to
pay all my just debts and funeral expenses,as soon as they
may find it convenient so to do but as soon as possible after
my death.
2.I give to my son,Wylie R.Craig,the right
to be buried in my cemetery lot.
3.I hereby authorize and direct my executors
hereinafter named,or any of my successor personal representatives,
to sell all or any part of any real estate of which I may die
seized,wheresoever situate,at private or public sale,with or
without order of court,as soon as such sale or sales may be
consummated after my death,in such manner,upon such terms
and conditions,for such prices,and for such interests or
estates as to my said executors or personal representatives
in their discretion may seem wise and proper,and to make,
execute,acknowledge,verify,and deliver,ro the purchaser
or purchasers thereof,a deed or deeds,or other proper
conveyances or assurances for the same,as fUlly as I myself
could do if living,without any obligation on the part of the
purchaser or purchasers to see to,or be responsible for,the
application of the purchase money;provided,however,that
preference in such sale or sales,other things being equal,
shall be given to the offer or offers of my children,beginning

with the eldest and passing in order of birth to the youngest,
to purchase my home farm,containing about 60 acres,situate
in Donegal Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,if I
shall still own it at the time of my death.
4.I give,devise,and bequeath all of the residue
of my estate,real,personal,or mixed,wheresoever situate,
in fee simple,absolutely,as follows,towit:To each of the
following named children,their heirs and assigns,a one-tenth
interest,namely,to Reed Craig,Laura Craig Miller,N~rtle
Craig Main,Frank Craig,Florence Craig Britt,Carry Craig Main,
Hazel Craig Main,Milton Craig,and Earl Craig,and the remaining
one-tenth interest to my executors hereinafter named,or their
successors in office,in trust,however,upon the following
uses and purposes,towit:From the corpus and income of said
share,said trustees shall pay to my son Wylie R.Craig,for
and during the term of his natural life,the sum of $25.00 per
month,until said corpus and income shall be fully consumed or
he shall sooner die,but each such monthly installment shall be
payable and shall be paid only to said Wylie R.Craig personally,
and the same shall not be payable to any other person by reason
of any transfer or assignment,by operation of law or otherwise,
or any supposed or possible right of said Wylie R.Craig to
receive the same,and in the event that said Wylie R.Craig
shall,by operation of law,or by reason of &tV act of the said
Wylie R.Craig,be barred or prohibited from receiving the
paYment of any such monthly installment and applying the same
to his own use,such installment shall not be payable to him,
but shall be payable in whole or in part to any other person,
in the discretion of the said trustees,to be applied to the
care,board,clothing,maintenance,and burial of the sal d
Wylie R.Craig;provided,however,that if the said Wylie R.Craig
shall remain indebted to Mrs.Dick Amos,formerly residing at

Washington,Pennsylvania,now in Donegal Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,and the said Mrs.Amos shall be living,
at the time of my death,then the said trustees shall,out of
the first moneys received by them as the distributive share of
the said Wylie R.Craig in my estate,pay the said debt of the
said Wylie R.Craig to Mrs.Amos,up to and including the sum
of $100.00.If at the death of the said Wylie R.Craig any
property shall remain in the hands of the said trustees,I
give,devise,and bequeath the same unto the lawful heirs of the
said Wylie R.Craig.The said trustees and their successors
shall have full power to receive,take,collect,receipt for,
and hold the said property to them hereby given in trust;to
compromise,adjust and settle all claims to or against such
property in their discretion;to invest and re-invest said
trust estate in any such forms of property that they in their
discretion may deem best,not being confined to legal investments;
to ccnvert real estate into personalty and personalty into
real estate;to sell or retain unsold any stocks,bonds,
securities or personal property;to make alterations of,repairs
upon,additions to,and to erect improvements upon real estate;
to sell,join in,or make partition of any real estate;to
lease,incumber,or otherwise dispose of real estate;to create
or grant easements with respect to real estate;and to do any and
all other things,with respect to said trust estate,as any owner
of the legal and beneficial interests therein might do or I
might do if living.
5.I hereby make,constitute and appoint my son
Reed Craig and Thomas L.Anderson executors of this my Last
