I,J.1~HOOTMAN,of the City of Washington,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,
do make,pUblish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking all Wills by me heretofore made:
FIRST.I direct that all my just debts and funeral ex-
penses be paid as soon as convenient after my death.
SECOND.I give and bequeath to my wife,Bertha Deems
Hootman,all of my household goods.
THIRD.I give and bequeath to my daughter,Ellen H.Tone,
all of my George Washington Hotel Corporation,Washington,Pennsyl-
vania,stock.
FOURTH.I give and bequeath all of my American Telephone
&Telegraph stock to my wife,Bertha Deems Hootman,for and during
the period of her natural lifetime,and at her death I give and be-
queath said stock out-right to my son and daughter,hereinafter
named in the following proportions:
To my daughter,Ellen H.Tone,one-third (1/3)of
said stock,
To my son,Ralph A.Hootman,two-thirds (2/3)of
said stock.
FIFTH.All the rest and residue of my estate,real,per-
sonal,or mi ed,and wherever situate I give,devise and bequeath to
my wife,Bertha Deems Hootman.
AND LASTLY,I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
Ralph A.Hootman,my son,executor of this,my Last Will and Testamen •
