I,CLYDE •HOOiiliR,a resident of'Peter's Jreek Road,
l.1cmurray,Vashington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind
and memory,do make,publish and declare this my last will and
testament~hereby revoking any and all wills by me heretofore
made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be found conven-
lent.
SEC Or :I give,devise,and bequeath to my wife,
Nell Hooker,and to my two sisters,Freda Bange and Grace Hooker,
share and share alike,all my property,real,personal and mixed.
THIRD:I hereby nominate a~d appoint my said sister,
Grace Hooker,as the executrix of this my last will and testament
and I do direct that no bond s~all be required of such executrix
hereunder.
