LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT -of- GRACE S.DALE I,GRACE S.DALE,of R.D.#1,Finleyville,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understand- ing,do make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all Wills and Testaments or Writings in the nature thereof by me at any time heretofore made. FIRST:I direct my Executors to pay all my just debts, funeral expenses and costs of administration as soon as may be conveniently done after my death. SECOND:I direct that all estate,inheritance,succes- sion,legacy,and other death duties or taxes of any nature,which may be assessed or imposed upon or with respect to property pass- ing under this Will,shall be paid out of my residuary estate as part of the expenses of administration and with no right of reim- bursement from any of the legatees,devisees,or beneficiaries hereunder. THIRD:I give and bequeath the following items of personal property as follows: (1)Unto James S.Dale,I give and bequeath the following items:Reclining chair and ottoman,electric heater and cedar chest,together with such personal clothing,linens and household items as may be contained therein,large frame and pic- ture of Emma Daher Seafler and an Angelus Upright Piano and stool. (2)Unto Hazel Pontius of Kittanning,Pennsyl- vania,I give and bequeath the following items:Three (3)large rocking chairs and a Ringgold Civil War Roster.I request that said Roster shall remain in our family. (3)Unto Wilma G.Dale of Pittsburgh,Pennsyl- vania,I give and bequeath her Great Grandmother's earring pendant and request that this item be given to one of James S.Dale's girls at a later time. (4)Unto John Blair Dale,of Bethel Park,Penn- sylvania,I give and bequeath my marble top table. (5)Unto Shannon M.Dale,of Venetia,Pennsyl- vania,I give and bequeath the following items:Chain saw,emery sharpener,aluminum ladder,my Father's Captain's chair,and what- ever tools he may desire. (6)Unto Grace Dale Johnson,I give and bequeath my spinning wheel and an antique bowl and pitcher. (7)Unto Edith Sampson,of Clairton,Pennsylvania I give and bequeath my covered dishes,antique tea pot and vases, a cane rocker,marble top dresser and wash stand. (8)All the rest,residue and remainder of my personal items,but not to include bank deposits,cash,bonds, stocks,or other securities,unto James S.Dale and Hazel Pontius, share and share alike.
