LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I,JACOB M.HINES,of the Borough of Charleroi,County
of Washington,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and
memory,do on this,the 8th.day of January,1951,hereby make,
publish and declare the following to be my last Will and Testament'
1.I hereby revoke any Wills,Testaments or Codicils by
me at any time heretofore made.
2.I nominate and appoint my trusted friend,Lester W.
Beazell,of the Borough of Charleroi,Washington County,Pennsyl-
vania,to be the Executor of this,my last Will and Testament,and
I direct that he be permitted to serve without bond.
3.I direct that my executor pay,from out of the pro-
ceeds of my estate,all of my just debts,including the expenses
of my funeral and the costs of administration.I further direct
that he have erected oveF my final resting place a suitable mark-
ere
4.In the event that I should die seised of any real
property or have the power of appointment over real property,I
give,devise and bequeath the same and every part thereof to my
executor and direct that he sell the same,and that the proceeds
become a part of my personal estate,and be treated as personal
property.
5.I give,devise and bequeath all of my personal proPi
erty of whatsoever nature,including money,bonds,stocks,jewel-

ry,and any and all manner of personalty as follows:
To Catharine M.Kraft,one-half.
To Lester S.Beazell,one-half.
A~d any and all the rest,residue and remainder of my estate
shall be distributed in a like manner between the two nersons
above mentioned.

the day and year first above written to this,the second nage of
a two page document constituting my last Will and T~stament.
