KNOW ALL 1rnN BY THESE PRESENTS,that I,Sarah Ann Hunt,
of Carroll Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,having full
legal capacity in the premises,do hereby make this my LAST WILL
ill~D TESTAMENT [hereby revoking and making void all wills by me at
any time heretofore made],in manner and form as follows:
1.I devise and bequeath all of the property and es-
tate of which I may die seized or possessed,both real and person-
al,and wheresoever situate or found,and remaining after the pay-
ment of all of my just debts,funeral expenses and costs of admin-
istration of my estate,unto my husband,Harry Hunt,Sr.,absolute-
ly;providing,however,that he survives me in life;but in the
event my said husband should predecease me,in that case,I direct
that all such estate and property which my said husband would have
taken if living at the time of my death,shall pass to and devolve
upon my following named children;William Hunt,Harry Hunt,Jr.,
Bertha Baldwin,Sarah Eliza George,Winifred Rose Mary Hoak,all
of Carroll Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,and John Hunt,
of Duquesne,Allegheny County,Pennsylvania,absolutely,and in
equal shares and portions.
2.I hereby appoint the said John Hunt and William
Hunt to be the executors of this my said LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,the said Sarah flJm Hunt,have
hereunto set my hand and seal,this sixteenth day of January,A.
D.one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
