I,FERNAND L.DUPONT,of the Borough of North Charleroi,
ashington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind
and memory,hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last ill
and Testament,revoking any former ills by me heretofore made,-
1st.I direct that my just debts and funeral expenses be
promptly paid.
2nd.1 give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,both real
and personal,of Whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate,to my wife,
Anna M.Dupont,if she shall survive me.
3rd.f my said wife shall not survive me,I give,devise and
bequeath all of my said estate to my two sons,Frank DuPont and Charles
G.DuPont,in equal shares and proportions.
4th.I constitute and appoint my two said sons,Charles G.
DuPont and Frank DuPont,to be the Executors of this ~ill and authorize
them to sell any or all of my real estate if they shall deem it necessary
in the proper administration of my estate.
