I,JAMES W.CARL,of Independenoe Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do make,publish and deolare this to be my
Last Will and Testament.
1.I direct the payment of my debts inoluding the
expenses of my funeral and the ereotion of a monument upon my
cemetery lot.
2.I give and bequeath to my wife,Elizabeth p.carl,
all of my personal estate,absolutely.
3.I give and devise to my wife,Elizabeth p.Carl,all
of the real estate of whioh I die siezed,whioh oonsists at the

present time of a farm of 155 aores,more or less,in Independence
Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,for and during her
natural life and at her death I give and devise the remainder
interest in said real estate in equal shares to my five ohildren,
Erwin F.Carl,Loren W.Carl,James W.Carl,Jr.,Florenoe R.Carl,
-and Henry Lyle Carl.

4.I appoint my sons,Erwin F.Carl and Loren W.Carl,
as Executors of this will.
