LAST WI LL AND TESTAMENT
OF
MARY MANILLA CLEAVER
I,MARY MANILLA CLEAVER,of Orlando,County of Orange and
state of Florida,do hereby make,publish and declare this as am.for
~last Will and Testament,revoking and annulling all other and former
Wills by me at any time heretofore made:
FIRST:I direct the payment of all my just debts as soon as
practicable after my decease.
SECOND:I hereby appoint Mrs.Otis K.Lancaster of Orlando,
orange County,Florida executrix o:f this my last Will and Testament,giving
and g ranting unto my said executrix full power and authority to sell and con-
vey any and all of my property,real,personal and mixed and convert the same
into cash,that she may in her discretion see fit.
THIRD:I direct that my executrix shall attend to my oorial
according to the personal instructions which I have given to her and that
I be buried with my Mother and Father in the BealsvUle Cemetery,at Bealsville
in Washington County,Pennsylvania;and that after my said burial that my exe-
cutrix secure a suitable head-marker for my grave.
FOURTH:I direct that my executrix pay to the Trustees o:f the
Centerville Methodist Episcopal Church at Centerville,washington County,
Pennsylvania the sum of $2,000.00 to be known as THE JAMES AND PATIENCE KENNEY
MEMORIAL,principal of which fund shall be kept intact as long as the lllW per-
mits,but said trustees to have free use of the interest from said sum to be
used by said trustees for the upkeep and maintainance of said Church.
FmH:I bequeath and devise to nq nephew,William Kenney of
Pittsb1J rgh,Permsylvania,my collection of old coins to be his absolutely and
forever.

SIXTH:I bequeath and de\r,1se all the rest and residue of
my property,real,personal and mixed of every nature to my five nieces,
Dr.Mary Freeman of Perrine,Florida,Mrs.Margaret Cabot of Perrine,
Florida,Miss Lizzie Freeman of Tacoma,Washington,Myrtle Manilla
Stonebreaker,daughter of Mrs.Melissa Stonebreaker of Roberts,Illinois,
Manilla Kenney known as Nellie Kenney,the daughter of Jam!s Kenney,
share and share alike.If any of the above-named nieces are deceased
before my decease,then the share of such niece or nieces shall be
divided among her or their heirs living at the date of my death.
SEVENTH:My Executrix hereinabove named is authorized,
empowered and directed to sell and convey my real and personal property
necessary to carry out the terms of this Will for such price as she may
deem best and to make,execute and deliver to the purchaser or purchasers
thereof,proper deeds of conveyance,and I do direct that such Executrix
be not required to obtain any order of Cou rt for the sale and conveyance
of same and that no purchasers will be required to see to the application
of any of the proceeds of such sale.

my Last Will and Testament,consisting of two pages,set -my hand and
affixed my seal,this 19th day of December A..D.1933.

declared said instrument to be her last Will and Testament,and thereupon

CODICIL
I,MARY MA~CLEAVER,of O,..lando,Orange County,Florida,de-
clare this to be a First Codicil to ~will which bears date the 19th day
of December A.D.,1933.
WHEREAS,by my said will I appointed Mrs.Otis K.Lancaster of
Orlando,Orange County,Florida,to be the Executrix thereof;and
WHEREAS,it is now m:r desire and intention to revoke this appointment
and to appoint in the place and stead of Mrs.Otis K.Dancaster of Orlando,
Orange County,Florida,my n!!ce,lIrs.Margaret Cabot of Perrine,Florida;
NOW',I hereby revoke the appointment of the said Mrs.otis K.
Lancaster of Orlando,Orange County,Florida,as Executrix of my said
will and appoint my n~ce,Mrs.Margaret Cabot of perrine,Florida,to be
Executrix in the place and stead of the said Mrs.otis K.Lancaster,and I
declare that my said will shall be construed as if the name of the said Mrs.
Margaret Cabot were substituted therein as Executrix for the name of the said
Mrs.otis K.Lancaster,and the said Executrix here named,shall have the same
power am authority as is set out in said original will.
In all other respects I do hereby confinn my said will.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,Mary Manilla Cleaver,have to this my First
Codicil to my Last Will and Testament consisting of one page,set my hand
and affixed my seal this 4th day of March,A.D.,1938.
