I,SARAH R.HENDERSON,of the City of Washington, Washington County,Pennsylvania,do make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all wills heretofore made by me. 1.I direct the payment of my funeral bill,my just debts,and the erection of a suitable marker at my grave, this marker to correspond with the other stones in the said lot. 2.I authorize,empower and direct my Executor, hereinafter appointed,to convert into cash all of my estate, real,personal and mixed,giving to my Executor full power to sell all real estate of which I die seized,and full power to give a deed or deeds for the same as fully as I could do if living. 3.I give,devise and bequeath the cash realized from the sale of my estate,real,personal and mixed,as follows: To my brother,Joseph B.Henderson,of Hickory, Washington County,Pennsylvania,twelve (12%)per cent.thereof.
