la.yt Will and Te.~tament,hereby revoking'and making void all former Wills by
me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I hereby direct that allot the property or other
effects,either real or personal,in my possession at the time of
my decease be plaaed in the hands of ml two sons who are hereinafte
named exeautors of this,my last will and testament.I further
direct that such disposition of the same be made as it may seem·
best to them to do;provided,however,that the proceeds from my
estate be used to pay all my just debts and all expenses incurred
in connection with my last illness and also my nlneral expenses;
the balance of my estate to be divided between my daughter,Mrs.
Estella C.Dunbar,wife of Rev.Earnest Dunbar BDd my two SODS,
Paul DenDy Carmie bael and Me)drum Keesey Carmiahael,share and
share alike.
