I,Harold J.Collins,of the City of Monongahela,Washingto
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,
understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare the following
to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void
any and all wills by me at any time heretofore made:
First:I direct that my Executors,hereinafter named,pay
all of my just debts as soon as may be conveniently done after my
decease.,
The expenses incident to my death,funeral and burial,and
to the purchase and erection at my grave of a marker like the mar-
kers at the other graves in my mother's lot,having been provided
for in th,e Last Will'and Testament of my mother,Evangeline M.Col-
lins,now deceased,from the trust funds set up in paragraph thirte n
(13)Qf said Last Will and Testament,I direct that my Executors co -
lect such expenses and Sums from the trust funds mentioned in the
ast ill and Testament of my deceased mother.
Second:I request and d~rect that my body be interred in
the Collins Family Lot in the ·onongahela Cemetery,and that my
xecutors erect at my grave a marker similar to the mar ers at the
tiler graves in the lot,and that the marker erected at my grave
ear the following inscription:flrlAROLD JOHN COLLINS,1896 -19_
'ompany A 110 U.S.INF.A.E.F.".
Third:I will and bequeqth unto the Mercer Bible Class of
he First ethodist Church of Monongahela,Pennsylvania,the sum
f Five Hundred ($500.00)Dollars,absolutely.
Fourth:I will and bequeath unto my friend,Thomas Harvey,
of New Eagle,Pennsylvan~a,the sum of Five undred ($500.00)Dol-
lars,absolutely.
Fifth:I wi'll and bequeath unto my friend,John Cotter,of
onongahela,Pennsylvania,the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00)Dolla s,
absolutely.
Sixth:I will and bequeath unto each of the following perso s,
from the jewelry of my estate,the choice of one ring or one pair 0
cuff links,or one tie-pin,and the cnoice of each legatee shall be
in the order following:
First choice,my brother-in-law,Wilbur L.Moore,of Monon-
gahela,Pa.
Second choice,my friend,Frank .•Osterhout,of Monongahela
Pa.
Third choice,my friend,James F.Boyer,of Monongahela,Pa.
Fourth choice,my friend,Stewart R.Boyer,of University
Club,Detroit,ichigan.
Seventh:All of the rest,residue and remainder of my estat
and property,real,personal and mixed,including all trust moneys
ver which I have any disposition or control at the time of my deat ,
will,devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife,Helen Louise Moor
ollins,unto her,my said wife,absolutely,and to her,her heirs
nd assigns forever.
Eighth:I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint Fideli y
rust Company of Pittsburgh,pennsylvania;a corporation,and my
ife,Helen Louise Moore Collins,joint Executors of this,my Last
Will and Testament.
