ITEM I.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be found convenient. ITEM II.In the event my wife,Sarah M.Davidson,should prede- cease me,I hereby give,devise and bequeath my home property at 990 Arch Street,Washington,Pennsylvania,to my two (2)daughters,Barbara Lee Bredniak and Norma Jean Hupp,share and share alike.I hereby direct that any portion of the Note from Barbara Lee Bredniak dated July 7,1957 which shall remain unpaid shall be deducted from her share.If either of my said daughters should predecease my wife or myself leaving issue,I give,and be- queath the share to which she would be entitled to her issue,per stirpes,and if they should so die without leaving issue,I give and bequeath the share to which such deceased daughter would be entitled hereunder to my surviving daughter or her issue. ITEM III.I give,devise and bequeath the farm which I now own situate in East Finley Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,together with all livestock and equipment located thereon and used in connection therewith as follows:The one-third (1/3)undivided part thereof to my son,Donald H. Davidson;the remaining two-thirds (2/3)undivided part thereof to my wife, Sarah M.Davidson,for life,and at her death to my son,Donald H.Davidson. ITEM IV.I give,devise and bequeath my Mine Cable and Vulcanizing Business,including the real property and building situate at 956 Bruce Street, Washington,Pennsylvania,and all vehicles,equipment,stock,patents,bank accounts,accounts receivable and all other property~real and personal~used in said business or in connection therewith"to my son,Donald H.Davidson~ subject,however,to the following charges~which charges shall extend to and affect only the real property,being the building and premises located at 956 Bruce Street,Washington~Pennsylvania: (a)He shall pay all inheritance taxes and costs of administration of my estate~including my funeral bill and medical expenses; (b)He shall pay to my wife~Sarah M.Davidson~the sum of One Hundred Fifty and no/100 ($150.00)Dollars per month beginning with the first month after my decease and continuing for the rest of my wife's natural life; (c)Further,he shall pay the insurance and real estate taxes on the home property situate at 990 Arch Street~Washington~Pennsylvania~dur- ing the life of my said wife"Sarah M.Davidson. ITEM V.I give and bequeath to my wife~Sarah M.Davidson~any automobile or automobiles which may be titled in my name.
