LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I,FRANK R.BAKER,of Amwell Township,ashington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,do mak
and publish the following as and for my Last ill and Testament,
hereby revoking all former .ills by me at any time heretofore made:
FIR T.I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses Qhall be paid as soon as convenient after my decease.
SECOND.To my wife,.innifred Baker,I give,devise and
bequeath one-third of my estate,real and personal,to be hers
absolutely,and my said wife shall also have the household furni-
ture,she,however,to give to my said children whatever of said
furniture she does not wish to keep.
THIRD.The remalnlng two-thirds of my estate,real and
personal,I give,devise and bequeath to my four children,namely:
Charles H.Baker,Nelle S.Swart,Mary F.McClenathan and William
B.Baker,share and share alike.
AND LAS LY,I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my
said wife,innifred Baker,and my son,Charles H.Baker,Executor
of this my Last ill and Testament.
IN ITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal
this eighteenth day of April,A.D.1936.
