I,ESTHER A.HUTCHISON,a resident of Mt.Pleasant
Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and
disposing memory,do hereby make,publish,and declare this to be
my last WILL and Testament,hereby revoking and making null and
void any other Will or Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:It is my will and I direct my Executor herein-
after named to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon
as may be convenient after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise,and bequeath to the Women's
Missionary Society of the Houston United Presbyterian Church the
sum of One Hundred ($lOO.OO)Dollars to be used by the Church in
the payment of life memberships for the folloWing named persons:
(a)John S.Hutchison,by his wife,Esther A.
Hutchison.
(b)Jennie L.Hutchison by her mother.
(c)John C.Hutchison by his mother.
(d)Esther A.Hutchison,within named testator.
THIRD:All the rest and residue of my Estate,both
real,personal,or mixed,likewise all notes,bonds,mortgages
which may be payable to me at my decease,I give,devise,and
bequeath to my son John C.Hutchison.
FOURTH:Should my said son,John C.Hutchison,pre-
decease me,then it is my will and I give,devise,and bequeath

all of my said Estate both real,personal,or mixed unto the heirs
of my son,John C.Hutchison.

FIFTH:And lastly,I nominate,constitute,and appoint
my son,John C.Hutchison,Bxecutor of this my last WILL and
Testament and it is my will and I direct that Letters Testamentary
shall be issued to my Executor herein named and that no Bond shall
be required of him for the faithful performance of the trust thus
placed in him.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I hereunto set my hand and seal this
Twenty-ninth day of October,A.D.,1942.
