I,Mrs.Zora Cindrich,Widow,of the Borough of Ellsworth,
County of Washington,and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,being of
sound mind,memory and understanding,do make my last w1ll and
testament in manner and form folloWing:
FIRST.I direct that all my Just debts and funeral expenses
be paid.
SECOND.I give,devise and bequeath to my children,Mary,
George,John,Ann,Frank,Paul and Joseph,their heirs and assigns
forever,all my property,real,personal and mixed of what nature
and kind soever and wheresoever the same shall be at the time of
my death,inclUding my property at No.42 Elm Street in the Borough
of Ellsworth,Pa.,and my Postal Savings A.ccounts.
THIRD.I hereby appoint my daughter,Mary Cindrich,guardian
of the person and estate of such of my children as may be minors
at the time of my death•
FOUR'm.I hereby appoint my daughter,Mary Cindrich,executor
of this my last will and testament.
