LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,Tho as E.Baxter Sr.,of Carroll Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do hereby ake,publish and declare this to
be my Last ill and Testament,hereby revoking and making void eac
and every former Will,and all former wills by me at any .time here
tofore made.
FIRST:-I order and direct my Executrix,hereinafter
na ed,to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses,as soon as
conveniently ay be done after my decease.
SECOND~-All the rest,residue,and remainder of my prop
erty and estate,real,personal and mixed,of every kind and natur ,
wheresoever situate,I give,devise and bequeath unto my wife,
Jennie Bautz Baxter,for and during the term of her natural life
and at the death of my said Wife,I give,devise,and bequeath the
same as follows:-
The undivided one-thirteenth (1/13~thereof to my daugh-
ter,Eugenia Baxter,her heirs and assigns forever;the undivided
one thirteenth (1/13)thereof to my daughter,Elizabe~h Baxter,
her heirs and assigns forever;the undivided one-thirteenth (1/13)
thereof to my daughter,Colleen ,Baxter Tosi,her heirs and assigns
forever;the undivided one-thirteenth (1/13)thereof to my daugh-
ter Ella May Baxter Mercante,her heirs and assigns forever;the,
undivided one-thirteenth (1/13)thereof to my son,James W.Baxter
his heirs and assigns forever,the undivided one-thirteenth (1/13)
thereof to my son,Paul A.Ba~ter,his heirs and assigns forever;
