George D.Tebster,being first duly sworn,deposes and says:
That he is one of the Executors of the state of Helena
Elizabeth Bronson appointed as such by the Probate Court of Cuyahoga
County,Ohio on June 16,1943,a as appears from ocket 360,No.
334472;
That said Helena Elizabeth Bronson died at St.Luke's Hospital
in the City of Cleveland,Cuyahoga County,Ohio,on June 7,1943;
That for many years prior to her decease said Helena Elizabeth
ronson resided at 2973 Kingsley Road in the City of Shaker Heights,
Cuyaho a County,Ohio,of which county she was a bona fide resident at
the time of her decease;
That at the time of her decease and for some years Drior there
to said Helena Elizabeth Bronson was the owner of Forty (40)shares of
Common tock of \'ashington Tin Pla.te Company represented by Certificate
No.283 for 25 shares,registered E.Elizabeth Bronson,and Certificate
No.389 for 15 shares,registered (TS.)H.Elizabeth Bronson;
That Helena Elizabeth Bronson,for whose estate deponent is
acting as one of the Executors,is one and the same person as H.
Eliz beth Bronson,the registered ovmer of shares of ashin ton Tin
late Company a ove referred to;.
That said Helena Elizabeth ronson is not indebted to an
person in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and that this Affidavit is
made for the purpose of enabling the Executors of the estate of said
decedent to co lect a liquidating dividend of 50 per share upon the
o Par Capital tock of the ashin~ton Tin Plate Company payable on
December 1,1943 to shareholders of record at the close of business on

Jovember 23,1943;
Th t this Affidavit is not made for the purpose of securing
the removal of assets beyond the reach of creditors of said Helena
Elizabeth Bronson in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Subscribed by the said George D.webster and sworn to before
me,a ~otary Public in and for said County and State,this 6th day of
December 1943.
