KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,that I,Viola E.Hanna,
widow of Hugh R.Hanna,of City of Monongahela,Washington County,
Peru1sylvania,having full legal capacity in the premises,do here-
by make this my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT,hereby revoking and mak-
ing void all wills by me at any time heretofore made,in manner
and form as follows,to wit;
1.I direct that my executor hereinafter named shall
pay all of my just debts,funeral expenses,and the expenses of
the settlement of my estate,as soon after my decease as to him
may seem expedient.
2.I do hereby will,devise and bequeath all.of the
estate of which I may die seized or possessed,both real and per-
sonal,and wheresoever situate or found,remaining after the pay-
ment of my just debts and other charges mentioned in the foregoing I
paragraph 1 of this my said will,unto my son,William R.Hanna,
absolutely.
3.I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my
said son,\~Tilliam R.Hanna,to be the Executor of this my said
LAST ,~ILL AND TESTAMENT.
IN WITNF8S WHEREOF,I,the said Viola E.Ha~na,Widow,
have hereunto set my hand and seal,this twentieth day of January,
in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
The foregoing instrument was signed,sealed,acknowledg-
ed and declared by the above named testatrix,Viola E.Hanna,wi-
dow,as her LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT in our presence,who,at her
