LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,ISSAC N.CHAD 'ICK,SR"of Morris To~nship,Washing-
ton County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and
.memory,do make,publish and declare this to be my Last ~ill and
Testament,hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time
heretofore'made:
FIRST.I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses shall be paid as soon as convenient after my decease
by my Executors,hereinafter named.
SECOND.'.To my daughter,Grace A.Bosworth,I give
and be ueath the Beth Thomas clock and the organ.
THIRD.All the rest and residue of my estate,real,
personal and mixed,I give,devise and bequeath to my three
children,namely,John Russell Chadwick,Isaac N.Chadwick,Jr.,
and Grace A.Bosworth,share and share alike,and in order to
make distribution,L hereby direct that my real and personal
property be sold and converted into money,and for that purpose
I hereby authorize and empower my Executors,hereinafter named,
to sell my real estate either at pUblic or.private sale or sales,
upon such terms and conditi9ns and for such price as they may
deem best,and to make,execute and deliver to the purchaser or
purchasers thereof good and sufficient Deed or Deeds for the same.
AND LASTLY,I do hereby appoint my son,Isaac N.Chad-
wick,Jr.,and my daughter,Grace A.Bosworth,Executors of this
my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS ~~EREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this twenty-second day of November,A.D.1946.

named Testator as and for his Last Will and Testament,in the
presence of us,who,at his request and in his presence and in
the presence of each other,have hereunto subscribed our names
