LAST WILL AN D TESTAMENT
I,ROBERT C.BARR,of Nottingham Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do make and publish the following as and
for my Last ill and Testament,hereby revoking all former Wills
by me at any time heretofore made:
FIRST.I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid by my xecutors as soon as possible after my
decease.
SECOND.All the rest and residue of my estate,of
whatsoever t e same may conSist,I give,devise and bequeat to
my wife,Jennie •Barr,to have and to hold for and during her
lifetime or so long as she may remain my widow,and at the death
or remarriage of my said wife,it is my will and I hereby ive
whatever there then remains to my daughter,uth R.Barr,my son,
Clyde L.Barr,and my randson,Hugh Barr Berry,share and share
alike.
THIRD.It is my will and I hereby direct that the shar
which I have given unto my grandson,Hugh Barr Berry,shall be
held in trust by my Executors,or the survivor of them,until my
said grandson shall arriYe at the age of twenty-one years.In
the event that my said grandson,Hugh Barr Berry,should die befo e
he arrives at the age of twenty-one years without leaVing child 0
children to survive him,it is my will that the share which I hav
given to my said grandson shall go to my son,Clyde L.Barr,and
my daughter,Rut"R.Barr.
FOURTH.It is my will and I hereby authorize and em-
power my Executors,as Trustees for my said grandson,Hugh arr
Berry,to sell his interest in any real estate of which I may die
seized,and to make,execute and deliver to the purchaser or pur-
chasers thereof good and sufficient deed or deeds therefor.
AND LA TLY,I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoin
my -ife,Jennie •Barr,and my daughter,Ruth R.Barr,as Execu-
tors of this my Last ill and Testament,and Testamentary Trustee
for my said grandeon,Hugh Barr Berry.
IN TNESS ViliEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and sea
this ninth day of June,A.D.1941.
