LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,JOHANNA HANAU,of the Borough of East Washington,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,do make,publish and declare the
Ifollowing to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all
wills or codicils heretofore made by me:
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and liabili-
ties of my estate,inclUding all inheritance taxes,be paid and
discharged as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
SECOND:I give and bequeath unto my two daughters,
Margaret H.Pessel and Helen H.Rumjanek,share and share alike,
to be theirs absolutely and in fee,all the residue of my estate,
real,personal and mixed.In the event that either or both ofI
Imy said daughters should predecease me,her or their respective
shares shall be distributed to her or their living descendants
per stirpes upon the principle of representation.
II THIP.D:I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
my daughter,Margaret H.Pessel,as the Executrix of this my Last
Will and Testament with full power to sell and convey any or all
real estate which I may own at the time of my decease.
In Witness Whereof,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this ~day of February,A.D.1948.
