I,BURTON C.COIT,of the City of Washington,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound amd disposing mind,memory and
understanding,but considering the uncertainty of this mortal life,d
ma~e,publish and declare the following as my last will and testamen.
FIRSTl-I give,devise and bequeath all my estate,real,
personal and mixed to my beloved wife,Lillian W.Coit,absolutely.
SECOND:-In event of the death of the said Lillian W.Coit,
prior to my decease,I give,devise and bequeath all my property,real,
personal and mixed,to our two children,Burton C.Coit,jr.,and Suzan
I.Coit,share and share alike.
THIRD:-I hereby constitute and appoint my friend,David
C.Morrow of Upper Mont Clair,New Jersey,testamentary guardian of
our daughter ,Suzanne I.Coit.
LASTLY,I hereby constitute and appoint Lillian W.Coit
executrix of this,my last willand testament.In the event of her
death,prior to my decease,I constitute and appoint David C.Morrow a
Upper Mont Clair,Executor of this my last will and testament.
